One less thing to figure out alone.
Getting started with your free month: Request your free month, then we confirm the setup steps and start date with you. Supply your business facts and approved assets, connect eligible accounts and approve three examples. The 30-day publishing trial starts with your first published post. Continuing afterwards requires your explicit choice; the standard price is £350 + VAT per month.
What the daily service covers: At least one original branded still-image post per calendar day, including weekends, with copy, scheduling and publishing to eligible connected accounts. One original piece can be adapted across your channels; this is not a separate unique piece for every platform each day. Videos, paid advertising and managing comments or direct messages need a separate brief.
Approvals and changes: You approve the initial campaign direction using three examples. Routine content stays within that direction; material exceptions return to you. To request a correction, email the post link, platform, date and exact change. A request is not confirmation that content has been changed or removed.
Connect accounts securely: Use the secure setup link provided to you. Connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage and grant the required publishing permissions yourself. Never email passwords or verification codes. If a connection fails, include the platform and error text in your support message.
A post did not appear: Tell us your business name, platform and expected publishing date. Include a post link or screenshot where available. Publishing depends on valid account permissions and approved content. We investigate the actual delivery state before confirming the cause or resolution.
Prices, billing and cancellation: The standard subscription is £350 plus applicable VAT per month (£420 with UK VAT at 20%). Existing subscriptions retain their agreed terms. Cancel by emailing [email protected] from your subscription email with subject “Cancel Four Gears Social”. Requests are processed manually and normally take effect at the end of the paid monthly billing period. Consult the terms for the full cancellation and refund policy.
How support works: The on-site helper suggests guidance and lets you submit a request when direct delivery is available, or prepare an email to send. A successful direct submission returns a reference; an email draft is not a submission. It is automated guided help, not a live human or an account-management agent. Messages sent to [email protected] go to our private shared inbox for review. Keep replying to the same email thread so your context stays together. We do not promise instant responses or 24-hour human cover.
Feedback and feature requests: Tell us the business problem, the impact and your current workaround. Feedback is private by default. We may ask for permission to share an anonymised idea publicly. Roadmap items are directions under consideration, not promised delivery dates or paid commitments.
